1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Next Generation Creative School ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. Educational Services

NGCS provides educational courses in Video Editing, Graphic Design, and Motion Graphics. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to attend scheduled classes, complete assignments as requested by mentors, and adhere to our student code of conduct. Course structures, timelines, and faculty are subject to change based on availability and curriculum updates.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all course materials provided are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments for courses must be made in full or via agreed installment plans before the commencement of classes. Refunds are generally not provided once a course has started, except under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the NGCS administration.
